Mame 32 is an emulator which is used to play games on pc. This .zip file consists of Mame32 and neogeo.rom. You don't need any thing, just locate the game .zip file (containing .bin files of games). Please make sure that one file of neogeo.rom is located in that folder where you have put game file.
